Notes for this activity:Appropriate for all ages and levels. A fluid class taught with basic foundation poses, alignment and options for the beginner students, as well as seasonal practitioners. This class will focus on releasing the stress of your busy week in both the mind and body leaving all students with more space to breathe, ease in their body and calm their mind. All classes will be specifically designed to the students' needs who are attending.
